• Activity report
• Financial report
• Discussion: If a person hasn’t signed their membership and paid their fee, they won’t receive the monthly UD, OK. But can they still exchange with active members? Should we forbid it?
• Discussion: Can morally non-responsible persons (e.g. children, wards) “give” proxy authority to their guardian?
• Presentation: By Didier Loyens of operational diagrams.
• Decision (referendum): Align fiscal-year dates with calendar years?
• Decision (referendum): Set up a token redistribution (basic income)? If yes, what amount, 1%?
• Decision (referendum): Lower the power exponent to 1/2 (“quadratic” voting)?
• Discussion: on possible bylaws updates for an extraordinary GM in the autumn.
