The general meeting may be accessible by videoconference on our usual room , without guarantees.

Agenda

• Approval of the (minor) changes to the bylaws.
• Approval of the changes to the internal regulations.
• Activity report.
• Financial report.
• Change of the following parameters:
  • rate and periodicity of the “universal dividend” (growth, growthp).
  • token contribution to the running of the association.
  • solidarity token contribution (“basic income”).
  • periodicity of these contributions (taxep).
  • power smoothing exponent (sharp).

Given our currently limited resources, these decisions cannot be made using the Schulze method .

They can therefore only be made by referendum.

Referendums

Here are the choices proposed by the board:

• membership fee for the next fiscal year (from April 2024):

  • no change. (1€)

• “universal dividend”:

  • no change. (growth=0%)
  • four per thousand, per month. (growth=4‰, growthp=1 month)

• contribution to the running of the association:

  • no change. (0%)
  • 1 per cent of the amount in each wallet on the day of the general meeting.

• solidarity contribution:

  • no change. (0%)
  • 1 per cent of the amount in each wallet on the day of the general meeting.

• periodicity of these contributions:

  • no change. (taxep thus equals about a year)

• power smoothing:

  • no change. (exponent sharp=1)
  • a beginning of smoothing: sharp=3/4.

Conditions

We remind you that, in accordance with the provisions of the bylaws and internal regulations:

• The right to participate in the meeting is reserved for members up to date with their membership fee as of 23 March 2024 (for the previous fiscal year, that is 2023).
• Your presence at this general meeting is necessary. If unable to attend, you may be represented by a proxy of your choice, bearing a duly signed authorisation. All proxy authorisations must be sent to the association’s registered office no later than 23 March 2024.
